Submit an order
We have a $25 order minimum for all standard orders.
For international orders, please contact and submit the order directly to our customer service team.
We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards. You may also choose to be invoiced for the products with a remittance of NET 30 days. Your card will be charged or the invoice mailed when the order ships. You'll not be charged for backordered items until the product ships. We also accept purchase orders. When ordering online, please make sure to reference your PO number on the payment information page during checkout.
To set up your account as tax exempt, please email your Tax Exempt Certificate, along with your customer number, to our accounting department. Once your certificate is on file, we'll be able to remove tax from your account for all future orders.

If you've placed an order with us in the past, or if you've registered as a user on the site, an account number has been created for your facility. Your account number can be found on a previous invoice or confirmation email.
Update billing and shipping addresses on the Address Book page.
To reorder a previous purchase, view the My Orders page and click Reorder. You can see a detailed view of your orders by clicking View Order.
Order by SKU is a quick ordering tool in which you can simply enter SKU numbers and quantity and add to cart. You can also upload a list (must be CSV file) with columns labeled "sku" and "qty."

Products, shipping and return policy
You can find the product SKU on the back cover of every product in the bottom left corner.
Standard orders take between 7 to 10 business days for delivery if you ship via our shipper (UPS). If you choose to ship via a third-party billing account, we can't guarantee the delivery time frame. Transit time would be based on your contract with your shipper.
Orders can be shipped via UPS Overnight, 2-day or 3-day for an additional charge. Options can be selected at checkout. Orders must be processed before 12 p.m. (ET) to guarantee same day shipping.
You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped. If you can't locate this email, or you have additional questions regarding your order status, please contact Customer service for assistance.

All products come with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with any product, simply return resalable items within 30 days for a full refund.
Products must be returned in original condition via a trackable method. We can't accept returns on imprint or custom orders as these products cannot be resold.
Imprinting and customization
You can imprint your logo, contact information, or anything else you'd like on our products. With the exception of our workbooks (cannot be directly imprinted and require clear labels), we can print up to 4 colors. Click here for examples and ideas of how to get the most out of imprinting.

The minimum order for imprinted products is 100 copies, with a minimum of 50 of each title.
Logos are subject to Krames imprint guidelines and specifications. Logos with multiple colors may not touch and cannot have fade or gradient. Vector-based .eps files are recommended for all logos to allow for optimal clarity and readability. One color logos can use a high resolution (300 dpi) .jpg file.
PMS color codes are recommended to match branding colors, but are not required.

Once all artwork for an imprint order is received and approved, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Refunds on imprinted items are granted only if due to Krames error.
American Heart Association titles may be imprinted only after required approval from the AHA. Learn more about customizing AHA titles here.
